Message from the Head of Juniors
Welcome to our website. In it, we aim to give you a flavour of what makes Habs Juniors a special place but I recommend that, for an even better understanding, you visit us on one of our open days (July and October) or by appointment. The Junior School is full of lively, interesting girls aged 4 – 11. The light and spacious new Junior School building adjoins the senior school. Juniors have their own gymnasium and share a splendid new swimming pool and other indoor and outdoor sports facilities with the seniors. There are specialist rooms for Music, Art, Computing, Science and Languages.
Eager, responsive girls positively buzz with enthusiasm as they engage in their learning. Promoting fun and friendship is important to staff along with an active, practical approach to the curriculum so that learning comes naturally. We aim to nurture each individual and encourage her to appreciate her own special gifts and the unique contribution she can make to our school. Parents are welcomed as active partners in the Habs family. HABS - a Happy, Able, Balanced and Supportive community.
