Earlier in the year Kiko Matthews came to speak to us about her extraordinary battle against illness, which culminated in a world record solo crossing of the Atlantic ocean. In order to help her raise money for the Critical Care Unit at King’s College Hospital the whole school has attempted to run or walk over 3000 miles during the course of one week. Once all the laps of the field were totted up we are delighted to announce that we smashed our target, walking or running a collective 3800 miles in just one week.

Thank you to everyone who took part in a fantastic week’s worth of events. So far we have raised nearly over £6500. We look forward to welcoming Kiko back to Habs in the last week or term when she will speak to both Senior and Junior students and receive a cheque on behalf of King’s College Hospital.
