The STEM building is really starting to take shape with numerous contractors working away on site.  They’ve been busy completing the ‘shell’ of the building with the brickwork now finished, the roof finishes being progressed, the windows being installed and the scaffold being removed. Final works to ‘weather seal’ the building are now taking place and the roof lights over the pavilion will be installed shortly.

Internally, there are many more trades on site working through each of the rooms in sequence. The screeding and partition works are nearing completion, allowing the 2nd fix works to follow on behind. Decoration works have started and the fitted furniture installation starts in the middle of November.

It’s all very exciting!
