After making a well-being door hanger, learning about the brain and neurotransmitters, and hearing from Dr Kathy Weston on how to get rid of our gremlins, students had the opportunity to join two well-being sessions. They had a brilliant time and were able to spread a little laughter, as Dr Kathy Weston said they should. The students had the opportunity to make pasta, bake a Malteser cake, draw mindfully, meditate, learn to write for well-being, join a dance class, escape from a zoom room, and take part in a quiz alongside a host of other activities. See the gallery below for pictures of some of their sessions.
