Lunch Charges (Charged termly)
- Termly hot lunches are priced at £4.95 per day, available to all Senior School students, these can be added to the Fees invoice if booked in advance. Junior school fees include lunch. The Parent Pay account can be used by the Senior School for ad-hoc lunches at £4.95 per day and snacks. Parents are reminded to add funds regularly to their child’s account by logging on to their own Parent Pay accounts at www.parentpay.com

- Individual Tuition – £260 per term of 10 lessons of 30 mins – (revised in September each year)
All other fees are revised in January, in line with Associated Board fee changes:
- Aural Tuition Grades 1 – 5 : £26.00 per 30 minute lesson (individual)
- Aural Tuition Grades 6 – 8 : £32.00 per 30 minute lesson (individual)
- Aural Tuition Paired Lesson : £16.20 per student per 30 minute lesson
- Theory Tuition (ABRSM) : £129.80 per term (group)
- Theory Tuition (ABRSM) : £259.60 per term (individual)
- Hire of Instruments (subject to availability) – £35 per term
Music Examination Fees
These are charged in addition to the tuition fees at the rate advised by the Examining Boards.
Coach Fares
Coach fees are billed termly and are determined by the number of days in each term. It is possible to book one-way tickets, return journeys and (if a route is not full) casual tickets. The costs range from £200 to £760 per term depending on the length of the term, the coach stop and whether or not you are purchasing a return journey or a one-way ticket.

Fees in Advance Scheme
The school operates a fees in advance scheme which allows you (or your family members) to make payment, by means of a lump sum, for all or part of your child’s fees for their time at school, including extras. The amount you deposit with the school is then used towards paying your child’s fees as they fall due each term. In return for paying your fees in advance, the school pays a commutation rate of 2.50% p.a. which approximates to a return on investment of 4.16% p.a. for higher rate taxpayers.
It should be noted that the scheme does not fix future school fees, however the rate of return you receive will be guaranteed at the time the money is received and for the duration it is held by the school.

SCHOOL FEES REFUND SCHEME
Parents who subscribe to this scheme are reminded of their right to make claims for absences from the school due to illness, accident or contact with infection for a continuous period of at least five days (including weekends). If you would like to join the scheme, the current rate is 0.82% on school fees per term. Please contact the Fees Office for further information. Please note claims must be submitted not later than 30 days after the close of the term to which they relate.
