Before half term, we saw the first day of our collaborative climbing club!
Pupils from the Girls’ Junior School and the Boys’ Prep School came together to get kitted up and take on the climbing wall in the Medburn Centre. The pupils participated in the climb but also in the opportunity to make new friends, as some games and snacks were also laid out at Joe’s Cafe as they waited patiently for their turn on the climbing wall.
Everyone got involved and those new to climbing thoroughly enjoyed stepping out of their comfort zones to try something that had never done before.
A big thank you must go to Ms Tersigni from the Girls’ Junior School and Mrs Pullen from the Boys’ Prep School for organising. We are delighted to say that a new club has been born!
